Who We Are

MyPropMan is the new way of managing properties.

Being a professional communal property management company who has been in the communal property management industry since 2006, after struggling for many years with many different property management and accounting packages, which were costly to purchase and implement, yet did not 100% meet the requirement, I decided that it was time to produce a bespoke Professional Communal Property Management package for The Republic of Cyprus, which included an integrated accounting system. Every aspect of MyPropMan was developed in line with The Republic of Cyprus laws relating to properties with jointly owned communal areas, services and/or facilities. MyPropMan is not just an easy to use, affordable professional communal property management package, it also aids property management companies, developers and management committees in getting and keeping developments compliant with The Republic of Cyprus immovable property laws governing estates, complexes and apartment blocks which have joint ownership communal areas, services and/or facilities of which leave non-compliant owners with no valid legal reason for non- payment of their communal service charges.
